1. Using the site

You may read, link to, and share our pages freely, for personal or professional purposes. We want to be read.

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site beyond ordinary reading and the RSS feed we publish, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it;

3. Asking for permission

4. What you send us

If you send us a tip, document, photograph or correspondence, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights or a duty of confidence you owe.

You give us permission to use the information in our journalism. We will not publish your name or identify you as a source without your agreement, and we will treat a request for confidentiality seriously. We cannot promise to use, return or acknowledge anything you send.

5. Accuracy of content

We work hard to be accurate and we correct errors in public. But news is written at speed about situations that change, and the site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current or error-free.
